The main aim of this position is to provide consultancy services to public and private sector clients on air quality, odour and environmental permitting services.

This position will also involve a varied range of other air quality work including environmental permit applications, LAQM assessments, EIAs, odour assessments and private nuisance.

You will be providing technical and commercial leadership for a small, specialist team, input and direction for project delivery and developing excellent relationships with clients.

The following skills and experience are essential to this position:

• You must have a good first degree and full membership of appropriate professional bodies.

• Experience of using atmospheric dispersion modelling such as ADMS Roads, Aermod or other relevant models.

• Demonstrable experience of Environmental Permit applications, odour survey and assessments, air quality monitoring (at least one year in consultancy), EIA assessments and report writing

• Thorough understanding of environmental law

• Good knowledge in project management, financial control, client care and management

• A full driving license is essential.

A second degree and membership of a relevant professional body is highly desirable.
